Conditions of the services:
. The change of towels and / or bed linen must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
. The change of towels and / or bed linen during the stay will require the simultaneous ordering of the cleaning of the house.
. The accompaniment of excursions and / or discovery of the natural environment is subject to the availability of the guide. We recommend you to hire the guide as early as possible.
. The supply of provisions must be ordered at least one day and a half in advance
Method of payment:
The confirmation of a reservation requires the payment of 35% of the stay and the services ordered. The remaining amount will be delivered at the time of entry into the house.
In the case of services ordered during the stay the payment will take place prior to the delivery of the service.
You can pay by bank transfer or in cash: Before confirming the reservation we will provide you with the appropriate instructions for payment.
